I, Kjirsti, was admitted to the hospital on Monday, Feb. 19th. The babies are monitored for about and hour in the morning and evening. So far they are sounding good. One of our girls is very fiesty though and doesn't stay still very long to actually get a very good reading. This morning it was actually about a half an hour before the nurse could even get both beats at the same time. I think maybe monitoring should happen before breakfast so they aren't so wild but I really don't know if that would make a difference or not.
My room is a normal room but they have brought in a little fridge for me and provided me with a laptop that has wireless internet. My nurse from the clinic who set this all up said she must have just talked to the right person about the computer for it to work out so well. I am sure glad it did.
I have to say I am almost living like a queen (other than the plastic bed). Someone comes in every so often to check on me and ask if I need anything (and sometimes check my blood pressure and temp). I have cable TV (which we don't have at home) so I get to watch lots of TLC(the learning channel) and HGTV(home and garden)!
I am spending my time knitting little hats(big thanks to Amanda!) and sorting pictures and of course working on this blog. I am not on bedrest, which I am so thankful for but I am only allowed to walk on my floor, which is proving to be not very exciting. I can go elsewhere in the hospital but I have to be in a wheel chair. I have plans for Ryan to wheel me all around when he comes to visit. :)

Great to see the pictures! Amazing how much Owan has changed, even since December. He looks more like a toddler than a baby now, especially with those teeth!
Julie and David just started a blog. You can link to it from mine, which reminds me that the "link" section on a blog is always fun. Let me know if you need any help figuring it out!
I hope that you have a GREAT day, today. I'll be praying for you!
Little Owan has changed so much since we met him in September! What a cutie!
